What this application does
Social Scheduleris a scheduling tool for organisations that run more than one social media account. A post is written once, adapted for each account it will appear on, checked against that platform's limits, and published at a chosen time. It also collects the resulting engagement figures so the accounts can be compared.
Why it asks for access to your accounts
- To publish what you schedule. Nothing is posted that you have not written and scheduled yourself.
- To list the accounts you manage, so you can choose which of them a post goes to.
- To read back engagement on posts it published, so the reporting reflects reality.
It does not read your private messages, post without a schedule you created, or follow, like or comment on your behalf. Access can be revoked at any time from the connected account's own settings, or by disconnecting it here.
Supported platforms
Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit. Where a platform has no publishing API, or approval is still pending, the finished post is delivered to a person to publish by hand instead.
